Great news. Last evening the Policy and Resources Committee of East Northamptonshire Council approved a £50,000 Community Facilities Fund grant to Glapthorn Parish Council for its playing field project.

Due to the concerns over the condition of the bridge structure on Station Road Oundle it is necessary to put in place a number of weight restrictions. To do this will require the installation of bollards to ensure that the bridge is protected and this can only safely be done under a road closure. GLAPTHORN COMMUNITY LITTER PICK
5th, 6th, 7th APRIL 2019
The Annual Glapthorn Litter Pick will take place over the weekend 5th,6th and 7th April.
The aim is to clear all the road verges in the Parish of rubbish and discarded items.
Black bags, picker sticks, hi viz jackets and gloves will be provided.

At its meeting held on 17th January 2019 the Parish Council set the Precept for 2019-20 at £12,300 and published the budget for the same period. The budget with notes mat be read/downloaded from this website.
