Glapthorn Neighbourhood Plan - Independent Examiner’s Report now available.
The Examiner's Report was issued on 23rd April 2018 and he recommends that, with some modifications, the Plan should go forward to referendum to be arranged by East Northamptonshire Council for 5th July.
